Please fill in the online registration form even if you have applied for a DHMF grant to ensure your place is secured pending approval from the DHMF committee (cancellation charges will not apply). You are not required to pay any course fees (full or partial) prior to the DHMF decision.
Students (full-time/part-time) can provide proof of their status (e.g. letter from supervisor, headed letter form University) by emailing it to CAWSEL@opening-doors.org.uk after booking.
Full payments must be made by July 31 to ensure your place is secure. If booking after July 31 we would appreciate it if payment can be made upon registration.
Cancellation and refund policy:
If you cancel before June 16: 100% refund (minus £45 handling charge)
If you cancel between June 17 and July 14 (including): 50% refund
If you cancel between July 15 and August 23 (including): 25% refund
From August 24 onwards: no refund possible, but substitutes will be accepted.
